SubsKeeper is live — my first product

Today the first real product to come out of this workshop went live: SubsKeeper — know who owes you, in seconds.

The problem

Run a gym, resell cable or broadband, sell OTT bundles, coach a tuition batch — and your billing reality is the same: the same people owe you the same amounts every month, and the system tracking it is a spreadsheet, a notebook, or your memory. Who paid? Who's overdue? Who renews this week? The answer costs you an evening.

What SubsKeeper does

Why WhatsApp-first

For the businesses this serves, WhatsApp isn't a channel — it's the channel. Payment reminders sent as SMS or email get ignored; a WhatsApp message from a known business gets read in minutes. The whole product bends around that fact.

Building in public

SubsKeeper runs on the same modest VPS as this site — same Docker, same Traefik, same philosophy: boring infrastructure, no monthly bill surprises, ship the thing. The dev log you're reading will carry the war stories as they happen.

Try SubsKeeper → — it starts with a WhatsApp OTP, nothing else.
